Fashionable units and supportive staff. Pool was amazing and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Lobby was excellent. A short walk to a citadel and a temple. Location was brilliant, 30 km to Noi Bai International airport, perfectly reachable.

the venue is pleasant, immaculately clean and the location is unbeatable just off city center, old town and train street. bread and eggs for breakfast are a plus. an enjoyable stay with a lovely swimming pool. everything modern.

The staff were fantastic friendly and that's why I would recomand it. I loved secure location and the very good service of the team. Overall clean and extremely convenient hotel in Hoan Kiem district.

Service and staff are cool, I enjoyed lovely bed. Lots of food at breakfast like eggs, meats and breads. It's found in a good area, a short walk to many landmarks of Hanoi. The beach is tidy and the views are gorgeous!

Fantastic service, very clean room with lovely balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed the junior suite, felt like we were home. The location of the hotel was central. In the evening we visited Ccraft Beer Restaurant it was nearby.

Very pretty room, exceptionally professional staff and great bed. Fantastic view of city. A short walk to the astonishing beach. The hotel was also set within 15 minutes walk from Temple of the Jade Mountain. The service provided there was good. I had a fun stay and would stay here again!

Quiet hotel with perfect staff and food. A refrigerator, a work desk and multi-channel TV were provided. Located in the middle of the city. Better choose this place to visit when in Hanoi.
